The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops. While the room was spacious and comfortable, there was a bit of a musty smell upon entry, and the bathroom could use better ventilation. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly throughout the stay.

The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. There was the possibility to using a pool but we hadn't time for it (what a pity!!!)
If they had served breakfast, the hotel would have been the top!!!!

very nice access to toronto's main attractions and eateries
I loved my stay where the staff was super friendly and the meals at the hotel restaurant were excellent, especially the breakfast burrito that set me up for a full day of exploring the city, as it's just a short walk from Yonge-Dundas Square and Nathan Phillips Square, perfect spots for afternoon strolls and people-watching.
